No Power Steering Or Brakes

Thought it was a broken pump shaft, but still has all the fluid in it! Noticed it looks wet around the housing where the steering fluid goes into the brakes. Any Ideas?

My '05 sheared the power steering shaft and I lost power steering and power brakes. However there was no leaking anywhere when it happened.

 

It must have sheared on start-up because all was fine when I backed it into the garage the night before, but when I went to get the truck out the next day I couldn't turn or stop!
