Bose Subwoofer Location?

I have a 09 GMS Sierra Denali and I am trying to locate the BOSE subwoofer. Just curious as to its location.

I believe you will find it in the console. That is where it is located on the 09 Sierra SLE models.

Under the center of the dash in front of the center console.

What they said. I find it funny they even call it a sub. Mine was 6" before I ripped it out. My door speakers are larger

Thanks guys. Is there a way to get a bigger SUB with out replacing all the factory electronics? Just a little low on cash lol. Still looking at a spray in bed liner and a roll-n-lock bed cover.

I am in the same boat as you. If anyone has some pictures that would be awesome. Maybe we can gut it and drop a 8 inch sub in?

i been wanting to put a 8 sub in mine too but havent had time to take it out and look at it

The JL instructions don't show the Bose sub or anything. I guess we need a victim to jump in and take their console apart. I can do it next weekend.

Just wondering, as i was previously not aware my truck had a subwoofer, do all Bose sound systems in the new body style Sierras and Silverados have this 6" sub in the center console?

mines a 05 old body style and it has the sub

I took mine apart last year and put a JL Stealthbox (10") in. The whole console had to come out of my YD. Very nice quality unit that fit perfectly. You have to drill a couple of holes into the floor to secure it. Other than that, just lots of screws to remove everything and keep track of what goes where.
