Fried Electrical Need Help

i was changing my cd player today and as i was pulling it back out to rearrange some wires the power wire got pinched between the cd player and the mounting bracket and shorted out now i think my cd player is fried and the tach and speedo and the odemeter message chenter and all the little lights on the dash are not working now what am i going to have to do

Sounds to me you blew a fuse, check the fuses.

Lesson to learn here? Disconnect the battery before you go tearing into the dash.
