"truck Balls" Payback

That is awesome! :D I don't mean to hijack but I have a story of my own that is fairly recent.

Location: Parent's house over Thanksgiving weekend. My mom had set out this huge bowl of treats (mini-chocolates) for everyone to enjoy. As she poured the bag she threatened me, dad and a cousin of mine. It went something like this: "The chocolate better be there when I get back" I thought nothing of it and went on my way...away from my dad. An hour or so later my mom is back and I get a very angry intercom demanding an explanation as to why I and my cousin had ate all the chocolate. I stood there confused and promptly went to investigate. After lots of talking and questions, my dad admitted to hiding all the candy to get under my mom's skin, at our expense.

Location: Parent's driveway, 2 AM. I had just gotten an iPhone and happened to have the two white Apple stickers that comes with it, in my wallet. I took one and put it right in the corner of his rear glass on his black F-150. Boy does one white sticker stand out on tinted glass and a black truck. Not a big deal..but he absolutely detests anything Apple..with a passion. (Microsoft fanboy, like myself..but I do love my iPhone)

A week goes by..

"Nice work with that Apple sticker." That is the condensed, PG-Rated version :wtf:

(Why did I have the Apple stickers in my wallet? I had been waiting to find a Tundra driver that pissed me off and do the exact same thing to them.)

From my experience, the Tundra fools are the biggest Apple freaks, well Toyota fools in general.

I didn't have truck nuts, but I had a piece of water tight flex that was cut into a coil that hung from my receiver. Boss was all pissed off about that and I'm pretty sure he took it off. Not your truck, F off.

And to make it even funnier: "Truck nuts" are now illegal in Florida. Really! You will be pulled over and a ticket written.

Whats the ticket for...indecent exposure...

Seriously though..those things are awesome...They make my truck look so much better. Every time someone drives along with a set on I get commented on how much better my truck looks without them.

A Florida senator used to have them on his Tahoe iirc. :chevy: (the late FL Sen. Jim King)

Nah, what's funny is go to a pet groomer and get some dog hair. The you take that, a leash, a collar and "someone's" rabies/find-a-pet tags and epoxy the hair inside the collar.

Then tie the leash to their receiver hitch.

THEN wait.

Was at Home Depot on Saturday and saw a stupid retarded looking riced out and lifted Ram, and of course like a typical redneck loser, he had his balls hanging from the back. Left a note on the windshield that stated:

"Because you are embarrassed about the tiny little balls you have on you, you have to hang a fake set of balls on your truck, which already looks retarded enough. Get a clue. Oh yeah, I kicked your truck's balls too."

As I was walking out I saw the moron take the note off the windshield, get all red in the face, and drive off. (Threw the paper on the ground too, the little litter-bug snapper) I was planning on going over there to see if I could hear his reaction, but he left in a hurry. Ah well...

If your going to do stupid retarded things like that, you deserve to have stupid retarded things happen to ya.

Haha....he drove around like that for a good 4 days. Then one day I was sitting in my office. And Dan (the victim) walks in, tosses the rubber vag into my lap, laughs, and says "You're an a**hole!". But we both agree that my move was well-played. I'm just waiting for Round 3.....

    • I did the new thermostat after doing a 'flip' for a year. Runs as cool one way as the other in the summer but in the winter there is a bit of a floor. Yellow with the new 70 C thermostat. My data over the life of the unit to date. Still need more cooler. Anyway that floor helped both winter fuel economy and shift quality in the winter. I found it a good balance.
    • Evan Williams Bottled in Bond   So pouring the last of a bottle of Evan Williams Black label last night I set off the the state store for a refill only to be denied the by an empty shelf. Rats.    What the did have was a bottle of Evan Williams Bottled in Bond. 100 proof. Hum, a few bucks more but a known distiller. Lets have a swing at it. ( I have before )    Cracked it open and pour a serving over ice. Hum.... more heat, yes. More alcohol naturally. But the barreling not the proof brings the taste and this one came up short.    Oh is was familiar but the heat ran the barrel over like a Peterbilt runs over a squirrel. Could use a heavier toasting of the oak me thinks or perhaps a longer barreling. Who knows. But what I can say is ice or a water back isn't the answer. What kills one kills them both. Sad. It is a pleasant drink....if you have little to compare it to.
    • I've had exactly one set of Bridgestone. Lasted five year and 125,000 miles and had I known better 15oK would have been a cake walk. I would have bought a like set had they not tripled in price since the first set. I removed them at said mileage with 5/32" remaining in dead even wear all four. They were fuel efficient, quite, comfortable and predictable.    Early on I got a very good alignment checked at least once a year, sometimes twice; kept the tires properly inflated, balanced and rotated. And I've found that many a tire issue can be avoided with great maintenance practices. Lot's of tire dealers will do rotation and balance (simple) for free for as long as you own the tire they sold you so no excuse not to.    Bead prep, alloy integrity and stem health have a huge impact on inflation stability. There are more mountings done poorly that perfectly. Finding a good tire guy is gold and as important as finding a tire you like.    That 3X price increase now two sets of "other tires' later is starting look like a bargain.      Bad maintenance kills more tires than bad tires.
    • Atlas, you kill me As aggravating as a project like this can be you have been unable to hide your fascination with learning and using that angst against this beast like a Ninjitsu Master. It amuses you, admit it now.      BTW, love your writing style. 😉
    • I gotta say, I'm enjoying your narration. The troubles you've been having are amusing as you describe them. It's good to see that you're finally getting some satisfaction out the old beast though.
