Anyone Upgrade The Bose Subwoofer?

I was wondering if anyone has upgraded there stock sub to something better? I would like a little more 'boom' without taking up the room under my back seats.

I have a JL audio stealthbox under my console. I didn't have the bose system to begin with, but from what people say it kinda sucks. The stealthbox sounds pretty good, I have definitely heard better sounds, but for the looks(you can't see it) there isn't much else out there. What kind of music are your into, if you are into a really loud boom boom type pop/rap music it might not be worth it. If you are into rock/classic rock/country at a medium sound level it sounds great. Also, I have an older RF amp pushing it, I don't know if a different amp would make it better or not.

 

It is Kinda spendy though.
