Hey all, just got a 05 Sierra 3500 with the 6.0 for work and was wondering what some of the common things to check on these trucks were? Like it says in the title, I've been running Dodges ever since I got my license so I'm new on the GM scene, any pointers are greatly appreciated

Check all your fluids (no $shit ) and enjoy. Oh, and look into getting a custom tune. It'll really wake up your 6.0 Mine made a night and day difference.

Save some money and get a custom/mail order tune. The Hypertech I had was a waste of money. It ended up costing about $100 more then my current tune, and there is no comparison between the two.

if you live anywhere cold, check your tranny cooler lines..ive put 4 in mine in 2 years....pcv valve bunked up on me...other than that thats all i can think of with my truck thats really went wrong. should work out a little better than you dodge
