Brake Issue(abs?)

My brake light keeps flashing 3 times which the OBD1 scanner said “OPEN DUMP VALVE WIRE”. Does anyone know what that would be and how to fix it?

 

(I’m not sure if that is the rear speed sensors) I have a 1990 2500 which is rear ABS.

Check the connections under the hood at the block where all the brake lines feed. Other than that, I usually go to a parts store and ask for a part so I can see what it looks like and where it may be located. But then I like to research before fixing...
