24's On An 08 Sierra

Got an 08 sierra with 305/35/24's. The overall diameter of the tire is about a half inch more than the stock ones that came with it and I was just wondering if having big rims or a little bit bigger tire diameter can affect my transmission in anyway? My tranny seems to be slipping and hesitating and just trying to figure out what the deal is. Thanks.

No the wheels and tires shouldn't effect the trans if you are driving normally. If you are out driving like a ass then yes it could. If the truck is still under warranty I'd suggest putting the stockers on and take it in for service.
