H2 Rims/tires

all right people.....i finally got my H2 rims so i need to make up my mind on tires. i'm prob beating a dead horse here but i would like to hear some opinions on make and size.

i have a 06 GMC, torsion keys installed w/ the bolts cranked a bit. i would like to go w/ 285's but i am leaning to be a little cautious and go w/ 265's.

i know i will prob have to do a little trimming on the front bottom facia.

so lets here it and keep in mind i need these tires to go the distance because of price.

What truck? I'm guessing 2500HD seeing the H2s are 8lugs.

 

Hope these help - H2's on my old truck with 295 70 17 Nitto Terra Grapplers. I used the green keys and added a Cognito upper control arms later.

 

It rode great.

I just put chrome H2 with BFG AT 275-70-17 E rated on my 02 2500hd 2 weeks ago, turned up the torsion bars a little. They fit great no rubbing.
