How To Swap Hinges From Old Door To New Door

I'm working on swapping all the hardware over from an old door to a new door on a 1999 gmc sierra (the new body style). The door was bought from Browns of Two Rivers. The hinge halves that are on the old door are plug welded on the inside. I was thinking about cutting the hinges right out of the old door and grinding the welds off to get the metal from the old door that was welded to them off. I don't know the right way to do this so I was wondering if anyone did, how it is done in a real body shop? Whats the easiest way to do it?

I found out you don't swap the hinges over you buy new hinge halves to bolt on the new door. But from the dealer they are 150 dollars a piece. Does anyone know where to get some cheaper that are the same as the oem ones and will still fit the half that is on the body?
