Does anyone know where to obtain a shop manual for a 2008 Silverado? PDF format, etc?

Books are $150 from Helminc.com. The 2009 set I got is 7 volumes, over 10,000 pages.

I suggest the books, sucks that you can't get them on CD/DVD for less than $400 so you could just print out what you need and not screw up the books. As said above, they cost $150 plus shipping, but they are invaluable.

Ebay. I got the two books for my 1997 for $40, but the books were pretty beat up. I didn't care too much as long as I could read the pages, only the covers were beat.

Helm is the way to go. On a cheaper note, Haynes has released there repair manual for 07-09 Silverado and Sierra models.

I was just assuming that they'd have a PDF here. On all my motorcycle boards over the yrs they just post it up on the site for you to download. Ya know?

Any one tried all data? at $45 for 5 yrs and you get the TBS for your truck...same stuff shops use just limited to your truck/car..?
