Hello,

I am getting ready to pull my factory oem navigation unit out of my leased truck. I installed it 2 years ago and it works and is in perfect condition. It will come with a pac kit that converts the output to rca jacks to hook in to the amp that is also included. Its a small no name amp i think about 40 watts per channel. Its plenty loud though believe me. The amp fits in the glove box. This is all prewired so you just plug it into your trucks plugs when you pull your radio out. No cutting wires or splicing just plug it in and good to go. The gps antenna is included as is the navigation dvd. This unit does not play dvds. You will need to get the theftlock unlocked at your dealer so it will work in your truck. My dealer it did it for free but you will have to ask yours. Also the included vss wire will need to be hooked up. My dealer charged 25.00 buck but you can easily do it yourself with a little google search for instructions. this will work with xm radio and door chimes and steering wheel controls. I will put pictures up in the morning. I have a 1000.00 dollars in this setup and will be looking for reasonable offers. Please let me know if you have any questions [email protected]. Again if you have a truck without the bose system this is a perfect plug and play complete setup with all the wiring done. This can be put in a truck with Bose if you just take out the amp as Bose systems have there own amp.

What does that mean that my dealer would need to unlock the theftlock. No offense but that sounds a little fishy. What if the dealer refuses thinking I stole it?

What make / model is the head unit? Does it support reverse camera?

Thanks!

Theftlock is GMs radio protection. Any time a radio is taken out of the original vehicle it needs to be programmed to the new vehicle. Its this way with all GMs higher end radios nothing fishy about it. Any OEM navigation unit needs to be programmed to your vehicle. Yes it does have a hookup for a rearview camera. I wont know the model number until i pull it out this weekend. Pretty sure its a denso unit.

Thanks Gary for the explanation about the theftlock. Makes perfect sense now.

So this would likely be a perfect swap for me. I currently have the Stock headunit w/XM. Non Bose.

My truck is an 09

When I asked for the model #. I was thinking it was an aftermarket brand like Pioneer, etc. Now I see this is one of the OEM Nav headunits.

I assume you have your old stock headunit to put back in.

I will PM so we can talk Dollars

THanks!

Yep i saved the stock 6 disk cd/mp3/am/fm/xm to put back in. Sounds like this is what you need.
