Anyone Have Any Thoughts On This Fuel Pump?

Seems really cheap, and you pay for what you get. But, I also don't feel that 400-700 is alot for a fuel pump. Any thoughts on this one?

Might be fine, but if you are going the aftermarket route, I'd hit up Advance Auto Parts or a similar chain and buy one locally with a warranty. If for some reason it doesn't last... at least you have the warranty on it.

I would not buy a fuel pump on ebay....

too much counterfeit stuff on ebay, and for a fuel pump (... ie., the PITA effort to replace it, and the risk of vehicle not working...) trying to get a cheap pump on ebay IS NOT WORTH IT

the best way is to get a new fuel pump is an ACDelco from a dealer or a Delphi from a good parts store like NAPA

anything else is a cheaper made, poorer quality, less reliable fuel pump

what ever you buy, make sure it has an over-the-counter warranty, so at least you can return it if it fails .... and the cheap ones do fail quickly...

I was reading on another board where a few of the guys were talking about how they got screwed from buying fuel pumps on ebay. I think for things like this its best to buy a oem one from a online dealer, I prefer chevy parts myself but you might look around. Like the rest stated above if you buy locally a aftermarket one at least you can return it under warranty and not worry with shipping and all that jazz.

Walbro has a good aftermarket reputation among the performance crowd. Not sure if they make one for your application though.
