Will this programmer work on my 1999 gmc sierra 5.3?

the site confused me...the guy says it will work but im not convinced

 

Hypertech Programmer guy is asking for 150$, im gonna try to get it for 100$

Dude, save your money.. I got one for my 2001, and I installed the 93 octane tune.. Unless you get above 3500 RPM, there really isn't any seat of your pants power gain..
