I have a '98 K1500 Z71 with bone stock suspension. Will a 285/75 tire fit without any rubbing or modification?

most will rub without turning up your torsion bars when your turning and have your wheel at full lock

Most likely not...depending if its a mud tire or all terrian tire. But just crank your torsion bars up a bit and get an alignment...should be ok.

You may also have to trim the airdam a bit and pull the fender liner back with zip ties...all very easy things to do.
