Speed Volume Control Not Working Correctly

Has anyone had a problem with the speed volume control not working correctly. Mine is working backwards, when I speed up the volume goes lower and when I slow down it gets louder. I also cannot turn it off.

 

I put in a new Nav unit with Bose system so I wondering if I have something wrong or is it something the dealer can fix with the TECHII

 

Anyone have a ideas how to fix it?
