Fixed Lights Now Need Horn Help

ok now my horn dosent work its by radiator with a green wire coming off it but also seems like theres one under the remote oil filter what wires do i need to connect to get horn to work .

Check for 12V on green wire while pressing horn button ..... if that checks out remove horn, & first test direct on battery to make sure horn still works ..... if it does, sand down the mounting points ... that's where it grounds to.

 

EDIT: wow I just read my own post .... should have said: if that does NOT check out (no voltage), remove horn .....
