Tpms Relearn Tire Positions?

My TPMS message says "relearn tire positions" According to the manual it should only say that if I change or rotate my tires which I have not. What else could cause this message?

Eh, maybe just a glitch...some other close vehicles with similar systems may have confused yours.

 

It takes 5 minutes, try resetting them.
