Fuel Guage Not Working And Dash Gone Wacko

I have a 97 GMC C1500 with 225,362 miles on it. One day I hit a pothole and my dash gauges stoped working. ALso my service engine light came on as well. Said my MAS, MAP and Throttle body sensor was not working. I replaced the MAS and Throttle body sensor and still the code for them show up. I had the computer restet using and hand held computer attatched to my trucks ECM port.

 

Any ideas what my guages stoped working? And why i am still getting the MAF and Throttle body sensor code still? My truck is a 6 cyl not an 8 cyl as well.

something came unplugged when you hit the pothole. some type of harness around the engine i believe. this happened to a friend of mine. spent lots of money with different shops trying to track it down over a two month period, all with different answers. finally someone found a harness had come apart, plugged it back in, and everything went back to normal.

no; i never saw it. friend relayed info that was explained to him by the person that finally fixed it. just some harness under the hood is all i can tell you.
