What Does Gmt Stand For?

Ok so im kinda new here, but real curious... all ive seen was gmt900 and so on and so forth. Well my question is, What is GMT900 i know its a model truck but go a little more in depth please. is it a 1500 Chevy silverado, or gmc sierra.. What yr... and is there other models such as GMT500 GMT600 ect....

Mainly, GM-Trucks.. But, it also applies to SUV's and Crossovers, too...

Wow thanks for the fast reply! and wow that site is VERY helpful for new comers like me! MAde alot of sense, and in the 30 seconds of lookin at it. ive noticed i have a GMT800 the first yr it came out! lol 99. Anyways, Thanks again!

He was PROBABLY referring to GMC = Gay Man's Chevy :dunno:
