572 Chevy Performance Engine?

So i was just sitting in the living room watching tv. And over haul was on (Discovery Channel) Well nto sure if many of you ever seen the show.. but they go jack peoples cars and fix them up, well in this episode they jacked a novad. And put a damn 572 in it my question is, Who pays for this stuff, the engine alone costs over $15k And they would have to run out of money eventually. Not to mention the new drivetrain they would have to put in that, and the paint and body, plus the performance Pullies from summit.

Most of the stuff is donated by the comapnies.... You gotta remember, its cheap advertising for a company to throw a a grand @ a big show like overhaulin.... Look at how many people watch the show and are building there own cars wondering where to buy pullies from ... Summit just gave them an idea

 

As for the engine, i'm guessing its something along the same line of a donation... not positive tho

Also...like every TV show...the commercials aired during the episode pay for the show, as well as how the network makes money. Some shows are "brought to you by"...and those commercials pay for the show and pay the network to air them...other commercials are pure profit for the network.
