Power Retracting Running Boards

I just ordered a set of these for my silverado, I like the clean look of the truck, thats why I went with these.

I would like to hear from a few guys that have or had them.

Pictures would be awesome.

Really wondering if they are at all visible from the side while they are retracted.

A friend of mine has them on his lifted 2500hd GMT900...... You can not see them till you open the door unless you bend over and look up under the rocker panel....

Future Mods... 2'' rear drop

 

Maybe if I had a 6 inch lift but, for average heights like mine & lower heights like yourself, I just don't see spending that much. So many more mods you could do with $1000+

Well, I agree they are pricey but if Im happy with something overall the prices doesn't bother me.

I dont like the look of running borads so this is the route i decided to take.

 

Also, i think this will prevent ruining my leather from sliding in and out of the truck.

Im constantly yelling at people from sliding in and out of the truck..lol

True... my driver's seat does look about 5 yrs older than the rest of the seats.

I think I may be one of the few who does not like them. It looks very silly to me seeing things fold down and up and down and up on a truck.. I would not feel very "dignified" driving a truck that did that. LOL
