FWIW. Here in S.E MO there are more pick-ups than anything else.

70% Chevy/GMC, of those, 85-90% are 4x4, of those, 60% are Z71s. Of all Chev/GMCs, '96 and newer out number pre'96s 3 to 1.

Older, pre '96 Dodges and Fords out number '96 and newer Dodges & Fords.

Mojo, here in SW MO, I see a pretty even mix of F**d and Chevy/GMC - with Dodge a distant third.  Probably 90% plus are 4X4, most Z71.   As an aside, took a trip with the family to San Antonio (TX) last week and saw maybe 75% 2WD trucks there!!!  When I purchased my 2WD here a couple of months ago, the dealer had 3 2WD's out of 25 plus half-tons on the lot.  "Jus don't sell um" said the dealer.  Oh well, I like my 2WD because when it does snow, I get to stay home from work.
