Needing New Brake Pads For My 07 Nbs 1500

Just bought the us7372 rotors from ebc, and now looking for pads before i put the rotors on. I have found out EBC pads DP*1830 series pads are on a backorder (discontinue) status. So, now I am on the hunt for another good set of pads for my truck. Anyone have any they recommend? It is an 07, nbs. I do light towing, basically a double jetski trailer, and perhaps a boat everyone once and a while. Wondering what you other guys are using and what you are happy with...let me know

I started running ceramic pads back about 2005 and WOW are they good! I have almost 100K on the set on my Explorer and they are still at 50% and stopping great. No brake dust either and the rotors are not all eaten up like the old semi metallics used to do.

Highly recommended.

So you have a 2007 Classic GMT800 or a 2007 NNBS GMT900??? I am guessing you have a GMT900....

Either way.... NAPA Ultra Premium Ceramic's. I have installed more sets of those pads since they were introduced with no noise problems, that it is quite funny.... I don't know if I can count that high, it would require to much alcohol....

GMT900's are tending to be quite aggressive on brake pads. I am having trouble keeping enough of them on the shelf at the store.....

I am figuring maybe they should have made the rotor larger....... The trucks I have seen that were eating pads had 20's or 22's...... Could be a fluke thou.....

GMT-900 UP-7997X

GMT-800 4 wheel disc or hybrid UP-7653X

Disc/Drum UP-7997X

I've been buying Raybesto pads for my truck, but they don't sell them anymore at Kragen. I bought some other pads but I don't like them, I may look into getting some Hawk Brake Pads for my truck.
