Ride Height

Finally took some pics of the truck, almost 8 months after buying it. A friend of mine saw the pics online and seems to think the truck is not riding at stock ride height (ie, torsion bars were cranked up). What do you guys think?

Looks stock to me but who knows.

Thanks.

Looks stock to me, because the rear is higher than front. On a stock truck the rear is always higher than the front.

That looks stock to me. The front doesn't seem any higher than any other stock truck going down the road.

looks stock. depending on the year and model the stock heights of the gm trucks from that era tend to vary i think.

and if there was a body lift installed there would be a gap in between the bumper and trailer hitch, as well as in between the bed and frame.

measure from the ground to the center of the front fender opening. Mine were right about 36.25" with stock tires.

Also check your torsion bar bolts. If they're right up tight, then they were obviously cranked.
