Nice truck!

Just one thing though.....Since you added the GM seat covers in the front, you may want to remove them, they are actually not made for the 2010 1/2-tons as they have side seat mounted air bags,if they deploy with the seat covers on there....Not good, not good at all!

I strongly recommend removing them from a safety standpoint.

lol ya dealer told me all about it one of the techs at the dealer told me that the air bag just wont go anywhere. if its just not going to deploy im not worried but the tech told me it was ok. i know its not really the smart thing to do but im probly going to leave them on. younge and stupid :dunno:

No problem,I didn't know if you knew about it or not,But trust me....when an air bag deploys it deploys with force,Its going to go somewhere!

Yeah,Lets hope you never have to find out at all :dunno:

Yeah,Lets hope you never have to find out at all :dunno:

The other day I saw some seat covers that were made to work with side air bags. The cover is stitched together with very weak thread on that side, so when the bag deploys, it simply rips the cover apart.

I would leave the seat covers. The only way to save our social security system is if we weed out more people before time to collect.

young and stupid :D

Been there and done that. But i don't think I would purposefully disable a life-saving device that is specifically designed to protect my head. I'd prefer to have my grape intact that keep my seats clean and/or looking good. Though I do ride my Kawi BF750 without a helmet, so maybe I'm not the best for giving you a hard time about it. :nonod:

Congrats on the truck too! :dunno:

I use the gm seat covers on my 2010 also. I only use the headrest and seat portion not the seat backs. I am only really concerned with the seat portion anyways especially sitting down after playing sports, working at the lake, etc.

Do you have the rear seat covers? If I am to keep my truck when the lease is up in October I'd like to get a rear seat cover that is actually made for my truck. Not really interested in the front, as the dog sits in the back with his muddy paws.
