Help A Wheels And Tires Noob

I'd like to get a set of better looking wheels and more knobby tires. I know what I want from with the tires. I have no idea where to start with the wheels though.

 

As you can see, I'm setup pretty simple right now. This is an old picture but the wheels and tires have always been the same.

 

 

For tires, I'm thinking Cooper Discoverer STT's in either 265/70R17 or 285/70R17 if they'll fit with my RC 2" level.

 

I have no idea what to do with wheels. I'm trying to learn backspacing and all that but haven't really understood it yet.

 

My question though, are there decent looking wheels out there that won't break the bank? I'd love to find a set at or around $450 if I could. I realize most are $120-$200+ a piece though.

By the way, it doesn't even have to be a fancy set of rims. My truck is a Work Truck model and came with these wheels.

 

Would the wheels that come on the higher end models (LS, LT, etc.) look good on this truck? The "five spoke wheels" is what I believe they are called? I imagine I might be able to find a set of used LS or LT wheels for cheap.
