Illumination Of Dash Board Items

Recommended Posts

The light that is behind the driver side of the dual climate control knob is out and not sure if it can be removed or replaced. Seems like a fixed bulb within the unit. Also the light that is supposed to shine through the icon above the fog lamps button is out and also above and below the dial that adjusts the brightness of your dash lights is out. Can these bulbs be accessed and replaced or does each unit having an issue have to be completly replaced. That seems expensive just because of some burnt bulbs. Please help.

Seems a little late to reply but I may as well incase someone else stumbles on this. Assuming its just like my 2006 1500, they are just little incandescent bulbs that can be swapped out. Im in the process of swapping all mine for blue leds.
