Bedrails And Tonneau Cover

I am going to put a truxedo lo pro qt tonneau cover on my truck. I am also going to put the side bedrails on that I am ordering from bushwackers. The question I am wanting to know is do I need to have the bedrails on before I put on the tonneau cover or does it not make any difference. Thanks in advance.

IMO I would put the bedrails on first. By the way I have a set of the Buschwackers PART #49023 OE Style for sale on this forum. They are still in the box never installed, let me know I really would like to get rid of them.
