New here, been reading on the site for a while now but just signed on as a member.

Just bought a 2010 Silverado with the 6.2 and NHT package. Added a leveling kit and the Tahoe rims to it to make it stand out a bit more. I have just over 5000 miles on it and still am loving it. I have towed 9000 pounds of block on a heavy duty trailer(maybe 2500lbs?) and it performed excellent.

In town i am averaging just over 13 mpg, havn't driven enough on the highway yet to get a good measurement.

Thinking of doing a few performance upgrades, read about removing the resonator and that sounds like a good mod. I do not want it to be very loud, just a touch over stock, and i do not want any drone. Will this be an good option for me? Also thinking of a tune, living in North Dakota getting a custom tune is very spendy, but i do want to remove the TM, what are my options there?

Here is a pic of the truck the night i picked her up.

Very Nice.

I wish I had the 6.2 / 6spd combo with mine. I personally would add the rear wheelwell liners, but a lot of people don't.

Yes i am thinking about the rear wheel liners, is it better to get the actual liners or have some line-x sprayed on? I was maybe thinking of putting some line-x rocker panels on, but i don't know how that would look on my truck. I have seen a white truck with the line-x rocker panels and it looked very nice but with my wheels it may not match.

And GPSilverado i did not know you had the same combo when i got my wheels, sorry :P:lol:
