Bridgestone Rebate... When?

Gonna need a new set of tires before the winter. Anyone recall or have inside info on when Bridgestone usually does their rebates?

 

BTW... Plan on going with Dueler A/T Revo's.

Doesn't start until August 29... i.e. tires have to be purchased between August 29 and September 26.

They are pricey... hope the reviews and recommendations are accurate.

Mine are 3 yrs old with about 30K miles and are half worn. LOVE the tires!! LT 265/75-16E for mine.

I ordered a set of Revo 2's (275/65/18) for my truck over the weekend and got a call yesterday from Discount Tire that the Revo 2s were on a national back order and will not be available until October. I ended up with Michilen A/T2s and I really like them. The were a little more expensive but well worth it!

I had the Michellin LTX AT's on my last truck and they are a great tire too.

Got the Revo 2's mounted yesterday. So far so good. Waiting to see how they do in the snow this winter.

I personally think the A/T Revos have a little more agressive tread than the Michelin LTX A/T2, which I have right now. Road noise seems bad on the Michelin as well and I have the LT 285/70/17 tire.

Southern New England has been absolutely hammered with snow this winter. My impression of these tires thus far is the snow traction is very impressive. I am a little disappointed in the traction on wet roads. They don't seem to be any better than the regular bridgestone duelers. Overall I'd say I'm satisified, but if I have to get another set of tires I might try something else like the Michelin LTX A/T or even the BF Goodrich T/A KO.
