Tire Advice

Hello forum my name is rey and this is the first i post new to this place well enough of that i just wanted to ask if any of you guys have any experience with the tire goodyear eagle gt 2. reason i ask is becuase friday while driving to the beach i had a blow out and a sidewall hole punch into my two rear tires yay vacation well long story short i got my truck towed to discount tire and all they had was the tire stated above so i got two so far its been good i didnt get stuck in the sand the tire size is 285/50R20 thank for the input
