I have a 2003 sierra,, and am wanting to install a billet grille ,, What are some of the better quality, and looking grilles  t-rex carriage works, trenz etc??    Do the grilles that take no cutting or drilling look as good as the ones that need a little fabricating???

Look at the Putco ones. I think they have some nice grilles. I just got one of the Punch Grilles on my Chevy. They are stainless and no modifications are required.

Heres the link

i have the carriage works in my 01 sierra 2500HD.  I like it alot, very easy to install....With an electric dremel to burr out the grill makes life cake.  The only thing I will say is that I would rather the spacing on the bars be a little closer together....allows too much sight of the radiator support bars.  I am not certain but i think T Rex has a little closer gaps.

I personally like the Trenz billet grilles. They are far exceptional to any brand. Very good quality. They even come with a lifetime warranty. If the finish dulls, send it back and they will polish it for you.

I have the flamed grille from DJ Motorsports. The installation is more difficult than average because it requires 17 rivets. But the finished product is hella cool!  :thumb:
