Rear Wiper Hose Replacement

We have a 2007 Yukon the rear windshield washer hose froze and busted last winter and leaked into the headliner. I have contacted a local dealer for a price to replace the hose and provided the vin# for parts pricing. I also contacted GM about the washer heater and they stated this vehickle did not have the option. However the service person I spoke to said he would have to look at it to determine what parts is needed? I just want to get this fixed and would like to do ourselves if possible...any info would be great. VIN #1GKFC13C37R331307

 

We also have had issues with the battery which was replaced twice at dealership within 1 year. We replaced it again in Feb of this year...hopefully this battery will last as again the recal for battery supposedly was done - I got my service records and that recall has been done twice. Now that dealer is out of business- - -. We are on the third battery on a three year old truck...

I cant get you part numbers but let me see about instructions....
