is there a way to tell the difference

I agree with Tom.  The front end of your truck resembles a W/T, but the 2-tone paint and the aluminum wheels would make it a Silverado...

Alright so all I need is my front end grille/headlight swap and some pillar "silverado" emblems and I can pass this off as one

Just watch out, now that I don't have a truck paco is going to make you king of making trucks very LT'ish

There are probably some interior differences too.  Like Vinyl seats and rubber floors are most likely the standard in the W/T.  There may have been an option upgrade to a lower level cloth seat like what would be in the Cheyanne model.

If I recall most of the W/T's didn't have the body side moldings and chrome fender trim like yours does, and as far as emblems they just had decals.

Maybe your truck is a Silverado, and the previous owner hit a deer or something with it.  To save some $$$ they may have just put a new/used front grill and bumper on your ride from a lower level model.

Does your truck have a fabric headliner? If it does its a W/T... Other than that I think W/Ts have rubber floors as well... Im not sure but I think Cheyennes came with that front end... If its got carpet and a headliner Id bet on it being a cheyenne... Not sure about the wheels though.... Sorry...  :(

then youve most likely got a W/T... My Grandpa had one just like it... Same engine and tranny and color... Only The wheels were different as far as my memeory goes... Maybe someone put those on it... Also.. If there is no badging... Someone most likely pulled the W/T stickers off being that there is no badging other than the tailgate and door stickers on a Work Truck...

I'm not sure on all years, but I do know that in '91 the W/T's had one style grille, the Cheyenne's had a different style grille (two horizontal bars, one above the bowtie, one below the bowtie), the Scotsdale and Silverado had another style grille (the same for both), and the Sports and 454SS had yet another style grille (solid black with black and red bowtie).  :(

W/T's only came in the regular cab long wheelbase configuration and where availalble only with the with 4.3 V-6's.  You could get a 2wd or 4wd, however. If you wanted a V-8, you had to step up to a Cheyenne.  Side molding, carpet, and wheelwell trim, and a chrome griller were unavailable (even as options), with the W/T package.  They were all available options on the Cheyenne's, however
