Opinions On This Rim?

The hunt continues. I haven't seen these on anybody's truck. Specs are 20 x 8.5 with a +30 offset. I should be able to run 305/50/20 Cooper Zeon LTZ without a problem with that offset, right? I have a black '09 2wd CC Sierra with a 2" RC leveling kit. What do you guys think?

definitely not my style.

Unfortunately, there's usually a reason that certain wheels aren't on anyones truck

As far as fitment, yeah that'd fit perfectly fine. What color truck would these be going on? Maybe a photoshop is in order to put us nay sayers in our place

Photoshop would be AWESOME! My truck is black. After doing a shit ton of research, I think I am best to run a close to stock offset. I am pretty set on 305/50/20 or 285/60/18. I am also certain I want the Cooper tires. The rims hower are still up for debate. I figure in order to un those sizes without trimming I will need a bigger offset rim, which means the Novakanes and RBP 94Rs that I was looking at are out. I really don't have a set style that I'm looking for...just stuff that catches my eye. I'm very open to suggestions. My main problem is I have WAY too much time to make a decision - so I keep looking.

The decision here is easy... add on a zone 1.5" body lift and get the BMF's (or even the 3".. i think my truck would look great with a 2" leveling kit added to it with these wheels/tires)

I am really not so interested in a BL. At least not at this point

I bet if you gave anyone in the world the option between a non-BL truck with the wheels you posted vs. the same truck with a 1.5" BL and Novakanes or SOTA's, everyone would pick the truck with the BL on it (as long as you relocate the rear bumper and use gap guards). To each their own though

The novakanes are awesome. They are probably my favorite looking rim I have looked at so far. Problem is they are over $400 a rim and I'd have to either run a skinny tire or get the BL. I'm trying to have my cake and eat it too. My truck would look BAMF with the novakanes installed though:

Get a set of 285/55/20s and do a little trimming... it'll look just like that truck.

And you can easily get them for better prices than what they're advertised for. Just make a few phone calls, dont EVER order directly off a website.

I got a pretty good price.. but ive ordered a lot of tires/wheels from the same person over the years and we put these on top of wheels/tires for my wifes jeep.

You'd probably need to trim some plastic. 275/60/20s fit nicely on 9" wide wheels with 5.7" backspace (there was a recent thread with someone showing the minor rubbing they had with that setup on a 2" leveling kit). So with the 5.0" backspace of the BMF's, expect to do some trimming regardless.

I love the Novakanes, but that's what I'm trying to avoid. I wish they'd make them with a higher offset.

I'm sorry, but I don't care for those at all. I think they're really ugly.

There are plenty of other wheels out there that would look good on your black truck.
