2003 Avalance WBH option

I've seen the one official photo of an Avalanche with the WBH (without body hardware) option.  Does anyone know of any more photos that might be out there?  At this moment I'm very interested in parking a rig like this in my garage.

Same here !!!!!!!   Went to the Chevy dealer yesterday to "investigate" the midgate leaking problems.   Found that most of the problems with the midgate leaking are from it not being properly shut.   Even the salesman did it wrong.   If it is not closed hard enough, it will have a slight slack in it.  After I slammed it, it was as solid as a rock.   Had the salesman put my name on a list to be notified as soon as ordering info is available.   If anyone has more info on the "new" Avalanche please let us know. :D

I've found that it closes best if you place your hand in the middle on top as you slam it.  Having the tailgate open when closing the midgate is also effective to relieve the air pressure.

The Avalanche without cladding will look more like a traditional pickup truck, but will offer the same unique folding panel and removeable rear window that allows the bed to be extended from 5'3" to 8'1", as well as the same equipment packages and options as the original versions. However, the Avalanche without cladding will be available with a new optional soft top for the cargo area.

Also, did you guys notice that the Avalanche without cladding has the truck light setup (headlights above turn signals) instead of the standard Avalanche lights (headlights below turn signals)?
