Zone is now "plastic" too.

 

True, Zone has started to sell a plastic version of their leveling spacers. However, you can still get the steel Zone spacers as well.

Ok that's good to know. They didn't tell me that when I asked about there spacer being "plastic".

^ yep, that's what I got. The only reason I went with Zone over RC was because I wanted rear blocks too, and Zone had the complete kit.

i have RC 2" and my ass end still up a little! so i wouldnt want a bigger block in rear. if i did 2.5" then i would of wanted it. I got what was cheaper :dunno: RC

I was wondering this as well because the zone and rc leveling kits are both the same price now (65) and both go the same place, but the 1.5 body lift is 150 and the zone body lift/level kit combo is 200. Little bit of a savings.

No. It's not cheap plastic like they make kids toys out of.

I didn't think it was hobby plastic. Looks to be a plastic resin and possibly fiber glass? Which I have seen bushings, supports and turbine stand made of a similar material and get weathered here in AZ. When it's gets up around 115 for weeks and months at a time, it has it's toll on equipment! The heat breaks it down and dries it out and then add the pressure and pounding of the suspension and it can have an effect. I've seen indestructible materials fall apart out here so I'm questioning it.

 

I may just have to go with the 2.5 TGC kit instead.

Check out the ProComp or Readylift 2.25 level kit. Perfect combination of aluminum over strut and aluminum spacer under. That's what I went with

It depends on the resin. Some have low glass transition temps and others won't be effected until it hits 400+ degrees. I'm not sure what RC is using... shoot them an email and let us know.
