What Other Things To Do While Changing Wheels?

Putting the stocks on the EXT today and on the silverado next week. Just wondering what else I could do (maintenance, cleaning wise) while I have the wheels off. I usually clean the wheel wells really good but what else do you guys do? Never put much thought into it with the last vehicles but now that I have the time, would be nice to know what everyone else does.
