GMC Sierra Proffesional on sale now?!?!?!?!

I didn't realize that they were selling these, I thought they were just a concept.  But, last night I took the GTP in for an oil change and while it was in the shop I wandered around scoping out all the new GMC's on the lot and I spotted the proffesional right away.  For a 4x4 it looked small compared to all the other trucks, but I think most of them were 2003 hd's.  But, I didn't realize GM was selling these.  I know some people have bought the boxes for the back seat.  Oh well, just thought I'd share.  It looked pretty cool and it does have that console fridge thing.

If your talking about the "Teredyne" concept, how about swinging back around there and snapping a few pics?

I think that is the look of all GM trucks for the future. One look at the 03's tells me their desiging toward the "Teredyne" look.

no this is different, it's a custom GMC Sierra pickup w/ a different center console, rear seat storage bin, side protection, and a few other doodads.  I saw it, but I didn't know that they are actually producing them.

Not the TerraDyne -- he's talking about the "Sierra Professional".  They actually started selling them this past spring in 2002 trim.  I haven't seen one in person in the 2003 body style yet.  I used to have a link to the info and pictures on GMC's website, but since they updated the site for the 2003's the link doesn't work.

ive seen a ton of them at the local gmc dealer.  A few also had ladder racks attached to the stake pockets.
