Does anyone know where I can get a rear panel template for an ATX case?  I am looking for the punched out piece of thin metal that covers the gaps between the mouse/keyboard, USB, serial, parallel, audio outputs.

There's one, have to check your layout to make sure it matchs.  Not all atx boards are the same.

That one won't work for me.  I need the one that has the mouse and keyboard on top, USB second, then Serial and Parallel under that.

That was the older style I found.  I tried to find someone else that carried one, but ran out of time.  Might be cheaper to visit a compusa or microcenter if available, once you factor in shipping.  Also check some of the case manufactuers to see if you can order one from them.
