Intermittent Odd Issues

I have a 09', 5.3 1/2 Ton Crew Cab with 19k miles. This past weekend while slowing to a stop the DIC displayed "Stabilitrak Off", the locks locked, and the gauges went to zero and then back to the correct readings. Since then it has happened a handful of time with only one instances briefly illuminating the check engine light and then quickly clearing. Also, when the message is displayed the downshifts to 2nd and 1st seem less smooth. Ocassionally, the DIC will randomly display Rear Park Assist off. Seems to be some weird controller issue, any thoughts? I took it to the dealer on Tuesday but they are yet to find the root cause.
