Pull And Rotor Issue

2002 1500 4x4 Suburban. Lf R rotor and pad shot @ 53K miles. RR rotor and pad look new...? Wth? Also slight pull to the lf and hear faint 'whirry' noise from frt lf wheel. No rocking or any noticable physical signs but I am betting hub is shot. Am I going down the right road here?

caliper not releasing on the bad side?

To better check the hub spin the wheel and hold the upper control arm-- if the hub was bad you would feel it-- up and down play is no good either

 

 

Brakes -- could be bad caliper on the right side or a sticking caliper on the left. Hows the condition of the rotor on the left? (Hotspotted?)

You can also check it by having someone depress the brake pedal and see if the wheels spin by hand-- then release brake and see how they spin.... Push the pistons in and see how easy they go in --- not always the sure way to tell but can help narrow down a problem

 

Check the hoses by opening the bleeder and ensure all slide pins move in and out easy.
