Terp84Alum Posted November 12, 2010 Posted November 12, 2010 I'm helping a buddy replace his front hub on his 2003 Silverado 2500HD. It has an 8.1L gas engine. It is a 4wd. We're replacing the passenger front hub. Can someone post the necessary torque specs for me? Thanks
Terp84Alum Posted November 12, 2010 Author Posted November 12, 2010 Update: I found the torque specs but IMO it really doesn't matter because they are so high. Our dilemma now is getting the center hub nut off. I just broke my breaker bar trying to break the nut free. I double checked and it doesn't look like it's reverse thread. Anyone have any tips?
