Bad Vibrations And Alignment

Recommended Posts

I use to have the 3" rough country premium (hahaha) lift. Well i recently ripped it off because it just would not stay aligned. I replaced with a RC levelling kit. I put all the stock parts back on. Put level block in. Got alignment and it still coming out of alignment. Have a positive camber on both sides.

I also get some noticable vibrations up into my steering wheel. Notice at 60 mph but you can see the steering wheel shimmy at 70 75.

Any ideas on how to fix? What parts i need or can get ?

Im thinking i need to replace the upper ball joint which is the whole dang UCA. Maybe get new steering knuckles because of "clearancing" the upper ball joint whole in the factory knuckle.

It started and got a little bit worse n worse. It may just be a bad wear on the tires from the lift that used to be on.

Have you tried rotating your tires to see if it helps. I agree with what was already stated about your tires having a poor wear pattern from running out of alignment.
