Bed Liner Question

I just bought a 2007 GMC 1500 and it will be here wednesday. Here's my question...is Rhino liner still the brand most people use for a spray in bed-liner? I had a '93 Z-71 in high school which was about 6 years ago and sold it when I went off to college. It had a rhino liner in it and I loved it. Are they still the #1 brand or is there another brand that is better? Sorry for such a simple question but I have been out of the truck game for a while now.

opening up a can of worms .... Line-X ... :-)

I guess my question should of been which ones should I stay away from without a doubt. The truck does not have any liner and the bed is scratched. I will be using it more as a car duing august-june (teacher) then as a work truck may-late august (landscaping). It won't get the wear and tear of everyday use but it will def. get some moderate usage during the summer months. Plus I don't want the scratches that are already in the bed from the previous owner to rust.

If you are looking to have a professional spray in liner done I would recommend Line-X. If you want to DIY there are lots of good options. If I was going to DIY I would probably go with Duplicolor's bed liner kit.

I had rhino in my old truck and linex in the new. Toss up really, they both are good. I would hesitate with either. ust so happens there were no close rhino dealers with the new truck.

Rhino liner for me, had it in every truck I have every owned and has never let me down on quality or function. Main thing to worry about is to find someone that has the skill and exp. to spray the liner in. With either, a bad spray job is the downfall of the liner.

I just had a rhino liner installed (two days ago) in my 2004 which had scratches all over the bed. Man, it looks better now. There are two kinds of rhino-liner now. I got the "hard liner" or whatever it is. There is the original and then one that is a real hard liner (kind of like line-x). I would go with whoever is closer and whoever is more reasonable price wise. In D.C. the Rhino-Liner was closest for me.

Line-X is some good stuff, I like its looks better than rhino too, looks like it is from the factory.

Never heard anything bad about Rhino durability, but we did have a trade in nnbs truck at the dealership with a rhino in it that had turned a greenish gray, I'll go with Linex in my new truck, but the plastic liners are pretty durable too.
