I'm Stuck Again...help!

Well I have hit another bump getting ready to install my amp. As you can see in the first pic I have the floor piece lifted and there is a nice channel that I can run my 4 ga. power cable in from the battery. The problem is I need to go up that little hill and then curve it to the left. I have tried pushing it through but it's not working. I think I need to lift that panel to get it routed, but the problem is the seat belt attachment. You can see the bolt in the pic. I tried putting a large flathead screw driver on it and it takes a good bite. But it won't budge. Is there a certain tool to fit a socket wrench to get the bolt out? How do people usually get these bolts out? The bolt will have to come out in order for me to loosen that panel at the bottem.Or should I try to stick to the original plan and find some technique to rout it behind the panel without taking it loose?

Just a side note: Make sure that you run the amp power wire and the other wiring (ie speaker wires and/or RCA cables) on opposite sides of the vehicle or you are going to get that nasty amp whine that changes pitch as you speed up.

Yeah I've got may adapter giving me my rca cable plugged in the center console. I am running those straight back and under the carpet. The power cable will be off to the side and in that channel so hopefully that is far enough distance between them.

personally, I would just fish it around under the carpet with that coat hanger you used earlier, I wouldn't even but the power wire in the channel of the door sill, just pull the door sill and shove it under the carpet ;)

Hmm, I didn't think about that... I think tomorrow I'm gonna see if I can pick up a torx set, if I can't find one in my area I probably will just put it under the carpet and forget the door sill. Thanks for the tips!
