Busy Thanksgiving Week

Well we had a busy Thanksgiving this year. We smoked 112 turkeys to give out to the needy families around my town. We cooked 56 per time. We cooked them on my uncles BBQ trailer that they use in competitions, 32 ft. with 3 smokers on it (ribs, shoulder, and whole hog).

 

The truck came in handy, loaded up turkeys in the back and drove them down to the smoker:

Left from Mississippi Thanksgiving night and went duck hunting the next two days in Arkansas. Hunted a flooded rice field. Killed 13 first day, and 12 the next day. Also got a canvasback (no picture) for those of you who hunt know how rare that is.
