Dealership Story

Well I bought my truck a year ago this past Nov. I paid a doc fee (ok thats fine it wasnt much). Well today I received a $75 check from them saying they over charged me (I think it was only a $90 fee?) and when they were doing their books and they caught this. Yea this should have never happened but just as easy as that was they could have kept the money and I would have never known or complained. Pretty stand up if you ask me. You hear of horror stories so I thought I would post a positive dealer story.

True you almost never of the good deeds (some) dealers do but always the bad. That said in most states with the new laws it's against the law to overcharge doc fees without justification which has been a long term practice. I'll bet it was only because they went into protect mode in case they got audited by the state as to avoid the heavy fines. They have much more to loose than the $75.00.

ive had good deeds done for me also, and thats what pretty much has been hooked on taking my business back there and recommending everybody i know to go there
