ryan when you recently changed your front diff fluid did you have a lot of metal shavings on the bolt magnet. i had quite a bit, but i assume thats why the magnet is there and i shouldnt be too concerned.

I used what ever weight the manual calls for (80w-90, I think) non-synthetic Valvoline in the front.  Full synthetic Valvoline in the bacl, also what ever weight the manual calls for.  (75w-90??)

That's what mine looked like when I changed it on my '01.  I am going to change it again before it goes out of warranty just to make sure everything is o.k.

i like valvoline, thats all i use when i change my oil. i wanted to let you know that putting the fluid back in the front is a pita without a syphon of some kind. the squeeze bottles didnt fit too well. i couldt get all the fluid out of the bottle and once you get half the fluid out one bottle i had to refill the bottle and sqeeze another half in. you'll see what i mean! and your barely need 3 bottles, if anything you'll want the 3rd bottle because the other 2 will be sqeezed beyond shaping them back.
